About the Building

Our building sits on a 150 m² plot and consists of a total of 4 floors (basement + ground floor + 2 floors), with a total closed area of 600 m².Our historic hotel has 12 rooms, 28 beds, and operates with a licensed active business.

All necessary documents and permits for the hotel operation are in place, and all rooms are registered in the license.

Additionally, our building features a pleasant terrace with a sea view.

Our hotel boasts a 34-seat restaurant with classic Ottoman architecture that captivates visitors like a museum.

Each room includes a bathroom (with either a bathtub or shower), minibar, TV, air conditioning, and furniture in line with classic Ottoman architecture. All rooms are soundproof.

Our hotel is classified as a second-degree historical building, based on its architecture, which follows the style of a classic Ottoman/Armenian mansion.
